Basic Monitoring
Using a regular phone line, your security system can be connected to communicate alarm and trouble events (as programmed) to the central monitoring station.
Cellular GSM Monitoring
A cellular based connection to the monitoring station can be used as a primary means of communication, or as a backup to a regular home/business phone connection*. Benefits of cellular monitoring are low monthly fees, and no home phone or dedicated phone line (when used as a primary means of communication).
*Availability of service is based on local cellular coverage.
IP Monitoring
An internet based connection to the monitoring station can be also used as primary means of communication, or as a backup to either above connection. Benefits of IP monitoring are rapid event transmissions, as well as no additional monthly fee (when used as primary connection)! The integrity of this method of communication is subject to the customer supplying and maintaining a stable internet connection through a service provider of their choosing.
Additional Monitoring Services
Beyond just alarm event monitoring, we offer supervised openings and closings, as well as monthly opening and closings reports, for additional fees. Additionally, for customers wanting updates at their fingertips, we can also set you up with SMS and email notifications!
